1. Information we collect
Information you give us on the quote and job application forms or by phone, text or email includes your name, phone, email, addresses or ZIP codes, move and junk details, photos you upload or text, job application details (position, availability and experience), and anything you write. Don't send Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or health information. Automatically, we may collect your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location through cookies and similar technologies. 2. How we use information
We use information to reply and provide quotes; schedule and perform services, confirmations and arrival updates; contact you by phone, text and email about your request; review job applications; run and improve the site; understand how the site is used and measure how well our Facebook ads work; keep legally required records; resolve disputes; and prevent fraud. We will not use it for unrelated purposes without telling you.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers needed to operate: forms, photo uploads and job applications: Formspree; website hosting: Replit; analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google); advertising measurement: the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) for our Facebook ads; embedded content: Google Maps and the Elfsight Google-reviews widget. We send texts through our business phone and messaging provider, which processes your number only to deliver our messages. We may also share information when you ask us to (for example, sending a certificate of insurance to your building), for legal reasons, or as part of a business transfer; a new owner must honor this policy.
4. Text messages and calls
We send job-related texts only: quotes, scheduling and arrival updates. We do not send marketing texts. We send texts only if you give us your number and agree on our form, or text us first; consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. We keep quote and job records only as long as we need them to provide our services, handle billing and disputes, and meet legal and tax requirements, and then we delete them. Analytics data is kept under the retention setting in our Google Analytics account.
8. How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards for a business our size: HTTPS, access limited to people who need it, password-protected accounts with reputable providers, and secure disposal. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we notify you and required agencies as the law requires.
9. Your choices and requests
You can ask us to tell you what information we have and give you a copy, correct it, delete it (except information we must keep for legal, tax or contract reasons), or stop marketing messages.
